Privacy Policy

1. Data we handle

• LIVE identifiers: the displayed TikTok account name and Room ID.
• Product List: product names and IDs; displayed business metrics such as impressions, clicks, click-through and conversion rates, attributed GMV, orders, cart additions, Watch GPM and available stock.
• Overview: aggregate LIVE metrics such as GMV, items sold, views, current viewers, impressions, watch time, engagement rates and per-hour performance. These are aggregate figures, not individual viewer profiles or message contents.
• Local settings and operational records: recent capture caches, capture times, panel position, size, theme and open/closed state. Service logs may include request times, IP addresses, request paths, processing results and errors for operation and security.

The extension reads rendered page content on partner.tiktokshop.com/workbench/ and shop.tiktok.com/workbench/. It is not designed to collect unrelated browsing history, TikTok passwords or session cookies, private messages, payment card details or individual buyers' contact information.

2. When collection and synchronization occur

The panel can read the supported LIVE dashboard on startup, when opened, or when Refresh is selected. Captured data and display preferences are cached in Chrome's local extension storage. Sync to Lark reads the current page and sends the available snapshot to our synchronization service.

Automatic processing: the extension also schedules refreshes approximately every five minutes. While the panel is open, including when minimized, a successful automatic capture can be uploaded without a separate click on Sync to Lark. Matching dashboard tabs may be temporarily activated to obtain current rendered data. Product synchronization sends up to six products with the highest Attributed GMV, together with available Overview metrics and the LIVE identifiers.

The extension does not offer a separate consent prompt or a dedicated offline-only mode. This policy describes the existing behavior; reading it does not itself constitute an affirmative consent action.

3. Use and recipients

We use these data for LIVE analytics, historical reporting, synchronization, troubleshooting and service security. Data are handled by 4EVER ONLINE CORPORATION and its authorized operations personnel, on our hosted synchronization and CRM services. Our service infrastructure uses Alibaba Cloud hosting. Synchronized records are also sent to Lark (Feishu) and the configured Lark workspace, where access follows that workspace's permissions. Authorized CRM users and API clients can access stored analytics according to their assigned permissions.

Hosting and Lark processing may take place outside the Philippines. Their services process information needed to provide hosting, storage and synchronization. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to investigate security incidents.

We do not sell extension data or use it for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions or unrelated profiling. Our use of extension data is limited to the disclosed analytics functionality and the operational, security and legal purposes described here.

4. Retention and deletion

Local capture caches can be replaced by later captures or removed with Clear cache. Uploaded records are stored separately in the service databases and connected Lark tables for historical reporting. The current service has no automatic expiry period for those records; they remain until removed through an authorized deletion process. Clearing local cache or uninstalling the extension does not remove records already uploaded.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email tracer@kuaikuenglish.com and identify the relevant account or Room ID and time range. We verify authority over the records before processing a request. Applicable legal obligations, security needs and copies held in connected workspaces may affect what can be deleted and when. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

5. Your controls

• Clear cache: removes the locally cached capture data, not uploaded history.
• Close the panel: its close button stops subsequent automatic captures by that panel. Minimizing the panel does not stop automatic processing; reopening it allows processing to resume.
• Stop extension processing: disable or uninstall the extension in Chrome. Requests already sent may still complete. Contact us to request deletion of uploaded data.

Use the extension only on accounts and LIVE data that you are authorized to access and synchronize.

6. Security and transport limitations

Backend upload endpoints use a synchronization credential; the CRM restricts data access through authenticated accounts, roles and API keys. These controls do not guarantee absolute security.

Current transport limitation: the extension sends uploads to an HTTP endpoint, not HTTPS. That connection is not encrypted in transit and may be exposed to network interception or modification. This policy does not represent that the current upload connection is encrypted.

7. This page, updates and contact

This policy is publicly accessible without a CRM login. The page contains no analytics scripts or tracking cookies; ordinary web server access logs may still be generated. We publish changes here and update the date above. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to tracer@kuaikuenglish.com.
